The air source heat pump water heater also comprises a water collecting disc (6) and a pipeline (7), wherein the water collecting disc (6) is arranged on the bottom of an evaporator; the pipeline (7) is arranged in the water collecting disc and is used for refrigerant circulation; the water collecting disc is connected with a water drainage pipe (8); one end of the pipeline is connected with a refrigerant outlet (22) of the air cooler, and the other end of the pipeline is connected with an input end (31) of the throttling device (3).
