Abstract

The invention provides a multimedia information conversion method which comprises the following steps: obtaining multimedia information by a client; judging whether the multimedia information can be played normally by the client or not, if not, sending a conversion request to a cloud end server by the client; and converting the multimedia information into letter information by the cloud end server, and then sending to the client.
