Abstract

The dual-band antenna comprises an insulating-medium hexahedron, a first metallic patch and a second metallic patch, wherein the first metallic patch is F-shaped and comprises an upper short side band, a lower short side band and a long side band, wherein an F shape is formed in a manner that the upper short side band, the lower short side band and the long side band respectively correspond to an upper transverse side, a lower transverse side and a vertical side of the F shape; the first metallic patch is located on the lower surface of the insulating-medium hexahedron; the second metallic patch is a metallic band and is located on the upper surface of the insulating-medium hexahedron; and the upper short side band and the lower short side band of the first metallic patch are electrically connected with the second metallic patch respectively.
