Problems solved by technology

[0003]At present, domestic water-based polyurethane leather finishing agents mostly use aromatic water-based polyurethane as raw material, which is easy to yellow and has poor weather resistance, which limits the application of water-based polyurethane in leather finishing agents
If the method of adding a small amount of anti-aging agents such as antioxidants and ultraviolet light absorbers can only delay the yellowing of the product, but cannot fundamentally solve the problem

Embodiment 1

[0013] Prepolymer was prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG3000), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials. The ratio is: the molar ratio of IPDI to PEG3000, DMPA, and BDO is 1.4:1, BDO accounts for 2% of the mass of the prepolymer, and DMPA accounts for 5% of the mass of the prepolymer. Then after capping and neutralization, add 20% of the total mass of the prepolymer tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) and 1.8 times the total mass of the prepolymer for emulsification. The emulsification time is 60min. Add an appropriate amount of Initiator to obtain an emulsion modified by copolymerization of acrylate and waterborne polyurethane.

[0014] Add 0.1% stabilizer and 0.1% leveling agent (both in weight percentage) to the emulsion, stir evenly, let it stand, and filter to obtain a weather-resistant leather finishing agent.

Embodiment 2

[0016] It is prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG3000), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials. The ratio is: the molar ratio of IPDI to PEG3000, DMPA, and BDO is 1.5:1, BDO accounts for 2% of the mass of the prepolymer, and DMPA accounts for 5% of the mass of the prepolymer. Then after end-capping and neutralization, add 20% of the total mass of the prepolymer tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) and 2 times the total mass of the prepolymer water for emulsification, the emulsification time is 60min, add an appropriate amount Initiator to obtain an emulsion modified by copolymerization of acrylate and waterborne polyurethane.

[0017] Add 0.1% stabilizer and 0.1% leveling agent (both in weight percentage) to the emulsion, stir evenly, let it stand, and filter to obtain a weather-resistant leather finishing agent.

Abstract

The invention discloses a weather-resistant leather finishing agent which comprises an aqueous polyurethane emulsion. The aqueous polyurethane emulsion is prepared by the following steps of: preparing a prepolymer by using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG3000), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials; implementing an end-capping reaction and a neutralization reaction; adding tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) and water for emulsifying; and adding an proper amount of triggering agents, thereby obtaining the acrylate-modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion. According to the weather-resistant leather finishing agent, the polyurethane is prepared by adopting the aliphatic isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) which is excellent in photo-stability as the raw material and then modified by using acrylate, thus the problem of easy yellowing is fundamentally solved, and the weather resistance of the leather finishing agent is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a weather-resistant leather finishing agent, which belongs to the field of chemical industry. technical background [0002] Finishing is an important link in the leather manufacturing process. Finishing can increase the beauty and durability of leather, improve the grade of leather, increase the variety of designs and colors and expand the scope of use. Commonly used leather finishing agents include casein finishing agents, acrylic finishing agents, nitrocellulose finishing agents and polyurethane finishing agents. Among them, water-based polyurethane finishing agents use water as a solvent, which eliminates the flammable and explosive properties of solvent-based polyurethane during production, storage, transportation and use. It has good film-forming performance, strong hiding power, firm bond, bright coating, easy to clean and maintain, and the finished leather feels plump and comfortable after coating, which can greatly imp...
