Abstract

The invention belongs to the hydraulic technical field and relates to an installation valve block for a gear case of a wind turbine generator, capable of performing online monitoring. The valve block for the gear case of the wind turbine generator is characterized in that the installation valve block is additionally arranged between the gear case and a filter drum, and oil is led out to an oil sensor by an oil extraction block to be monitored on line. The oil extraction block and the gear case are in threaded connection by a locking part of the installation valve; the oil extraction block and the filter drum are mutually connected in the manner of fastening by a transfer block; two connectors are two bypaths respectively arranged on side faces of the middle part of the oil extraction block; oil before being filtered in the gear case is led out through the oil extraction block and is conveyed to a front-end sensor to be monitored; the oil after being monitored by the front-end sensor flows back to the oil extraction block through the connectors of the oil extraction block; and then, the oil flows into the filter drum to be filtered, and therefore, the online monitoring of the oil in the gear case of the wind turbine generator is realized. Through performing the online monitoring on the oil in the gear case, the early failure of the gear case is identified and the condition-based maintenance is performed; and as posterior maintenance or periodic maintenance is changed into the condition-based maintenance, the overall maintenance efficiency and the operational reliability of the wind turbine generator are promoted.
