Abstract

The invention discloses a document analysis method and system. The document analysis method comprises the steps of: searching at least one patent document related to a target scheme in a data base; confirming a risk factor value of each patent document by utilizing the technical indexes of the patent documents; grouping the patent documents; in each group, calculating a regional risk value of each group by utilizing n patent documents with highest risk factor values; and performing weighted approach on the regional risk value of each group to obtain the patent risk prewarning value of the target scheme in the country and region by utilizing the country and region early-warning indexes of the groups. According to the document analysis method and system, disclosed by the invention, patent risks brought to enterprises applying related technical schemes in the countries and regions are calculated by calculating the patent risk prewarning values of the target schemes in the countries and regions, thus the labor cost is reduced, the work efficiency is improved, and accurate decision support is provided for the development of the enterprises.
