Abstract

The invention discloses a ventilating channel structure on a rotor of a high-speed motor. The ventilating channel structure comprises a rotor core, ventilating trough plates and a plurality of ventilating through vanes, wherein the rotor core is formed by overlapping a plurality of groups of rotor punching plates; each ventilating trough plate is arranged between every two adjacent groups of rotor punching plates; the plurality of ventilating trough vanes are fixed on the ventilating trough plates; a plurality of teeth are placed on the external circular surfaces of the ventilating trough plates; a connecting convex bubble and a pair of positioning flanges are respectively arranged on the surface, connected with each ventilating trough vane, of each ventilating trough plate and on the center line of each tooth; a connecting gap corresponding to each connecting convex bubble on each ventilating trough plate is formed on the side surface, connected with each ventilating trough plate, of each ventilating trough vane; and the ventilating trough vanes are clamped between the pair of positioning flanges, then buckled to the connecting bubbles on the ventilating trough plates through the connecting gaps, and finally fixed on the ventilating through plates in a spot welding way.
