Abstract

A component detection device and a component steering device are mounted on the station bottom plate, an L-shaped sliding seat is mounted on the front side of the slider, a bent portion of the L-shaped sliding seat extends to the rear side of the supporting plate, and three pneumatic fingers juxtaposedly are mounted on the L-shaped sliding seat. A transport driving mechanism used for driving the L-shaped sliding seat to move back and forth is mounted on the rear side of the supporting plate and connected with the bent portion of the L-shaped sliding seat. The component detection device is positioned under the second pneumatic finger, and the component steering device is positioned under the third pneumatic finger. The station bottom plate is provided with a slug hole which is positioned under the component detection device. Layout of parts of mechanisms is greatly simplified, and the modified detection steering device is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and high in cost performance.
