Embodiment Construction

[0022] It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0023] According to a typical embodiment of the present invention, such as figure 1 , 2 , 3, the guide sleeve used to prepare the composite material prefabricated part includes a three-dimensional network structure 10, the three-dimensional network structure 10 makes the cross section of the guide sleeve a network structure, and the axial spatial structure of the guide sleeve is also a network structure . Applying the technical scheme of the present invention, since the guide sleeve includes a three-dimensional network structure, the composite material matrix (such as resin) can easily flow through its gaps, therefore, the fibers of the composite material preform woven by such a guide sleeve ca...

Abstract

The invention discloses a guide sleeve for preparing a composite fabricated part. The guide sleeve contains a three-dimensional network structure. The technical scheme of the invention is applied. As the guide sleeve contains the three-dimensional network structure, a composite matrix (such as resin) easily flows out from gaps of the guide sleeve. The fiber of the composite fabricated part woven by the guide sleeve can be fully mixed with the matrix in the immersion process, and therefore the problem that more gaps exist as the fiber of the composite fabricated part in the prior art is not fully mixed with the matrix is avoided. In addition, as the guide sleeve can be made of a flexible material, the guide sleeve has a flexible characteristic, the guide sleeve can be woven into corresponding shapes according to the outline of the fabricated part, and therefore the technical problem that the fabricated part woven by the current guide sleeve has a single structure is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of composite material preparation, in particular to a guide sleeve for preparing composite material prefabricated parts. Background technique [0002] Composite materials are widely used in aerospace, national defense, automobile and other industries because they combine the advantages of matrix materials, have remarkable mechanical properties and light weight. With the rapid development of various industries, the performance requirements of composite materials are getting higher and higher, so the requirements for weaving and forming methods of composite material prefabricated parts are also getting higher and higher, which requires the ability to weave large-size, complex-shaped, high-performance, lightweight prefabs. At present, the forming methods of prefabricated parts mainly include orthogonal interweaving method, three-dimensional weaving method, stitching weaving method and three-dimensional weaving...
