Abstract

The present invention discloses a composite fabric, including a polyester fiber layer and a foamed polrvinyl chloride (PVC) layer on the polyester fiber layer. The foamed PVC layer includes the compositions by weight: 3.7-6.2 parts of zinc stearate, 63-78 parts of a PVC resin, 2.1-5.4 parts of talcum powder, 4.3-5.8 parts of trichloropropylphosphate, 4-6 parts of azodicarbonamide, 0.6-0.9 parts of toner, 0.3-0.6 parts of white oil, and 24-37 parts of diisodecyl phthalate. The composite fabric provided by the present invention is suitable for high-frequency welding, is good in high frequency welding performance. The composite fabric is high in production efficiency, low in production costs, green and environmental-friendly on applications of covering or laminating on vehicle body accessories.
