The invention relates to the field of
power transmission line galloping prevention, in particular to a damping
composite material which is prepared by adopting a double-phase
elastomer matrix and compound nano filler
system, taking 100 parts of
ethylene-propylene-
diene rubber as a matrix, and matching 30-50 parts of hydroxyl-terminated
polybutadiene, 40-65 parts of
silane modified
sepiolite, 10-20 parts of hydroxylated
graphene, 6-15 parts of di-iso-decylphthalate and the like. Through a synthesis process, the damping
composite material is made into the damping element, and the damping element is applied to a
damper of the phase-to-phase spacer, so that the problems that damping of a traditional phase-to-phase spacer loses
efficacy at low temperature in a cold region, and insulation and damping performance are difficult to consider are solved, and the damping element can still efficiently dissipate galloping energy at extremely low temperature; therefore, the anti-galloping performance and the
operation safety of the
power transmission line in the cold region are remarkably improved.
