Abstract

The invention discloses a power generation method and system based on step conversion of hydrocarbon components of coal. On the basis of the energy-saving mechanism of gradient utilization of chemical energy of fuel, coal is taken as fuel and is divided into coal for gasification and coal for heating; coal for gasification is subjected to step gasification to obtain coal gasification synthesis gas which is pumped into an IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power generating unit for power generation; the step gasification process of coal for gasification sequentially comprises three conversion steps, namely a carbonization process, a carbon monoxide production process and a conversion hydrogen production process; oxygen is not involved in reaction in the whole process; coal for gasification is converted into coke oven gas, carbon monoxide and hydrogen step by step to realize step conversion of hydrocarbon components; and the three gases are mixed flexibly to obtain coal gasification synthesis gas with different carbon-hydrogen ratios. Compared with the traditional IGCC power generation system, the coal gasification power generation method and system provided by the invention realize component contra-aperture and gradient utilization; and the generating efficiency is about 6% higher than that of the IGCC system.
