Abstract

The invention relates to a combined hub X-ray real-time imaging automatic detection device. Part transporting trolleys are placed in part inlet and outlet lead rooms; the part inlet and outlet lead rooms are arranged on the left and the right sides of a detection lead room respectively; an L-shaped chain device is fixed in the detection lead room; a C-shaped arm device is fixed in the detection lead room; and an image intensifier and an X-ray tube head device are fixed on the C-shaped arm device. The device adopts the combined lead rooms; feed-in and discharged parts are conveyed by the part transporting trolleys; a pneumatic lead door in a conventional product is replaced; the detection speed can be improved and service life of a high pressure generator is prolonged; the combined hub X-ray real-time imaging automatic detection device is beneficial to protection of X-rays and protection of an X-ray tube; due to adoption of the internal protective lead rooms, the device has attractive appearance; and due to no opening action of the lead door, an optical gate for preventing the rays from being leaked out is saved, so that cost is saved.
