The invention provides a method and a system for call control of a hardware instruction. The method includes receiving a hardware instruction, judging whether the received hardware instruction is a legal instruction, transmitting the hardware instruction to a corresponding hardware device under the condition that the received hardware instruction is judged to be the legal instruction and transmitting the hardware instruction to the corresponding hardware device. Legality of the hardware instruction is first judged before the hardware instruction is transmitted to a hardware device, only legal hardware instruction can be transmitted to the hardware device to be executed, the fact that illegal operation is transmitted to the hardware device to be executed is avoided, and safety of the hardware device is improved accordingly.
