Abstract

The invention relates to a two-wheel steering and four-wheel steering switching mechanism for vehicles, which can easily implement two-wheel steering and four-wheel steering. The two-wheel steering and four-wheel steering switching mechanism comprises a driving rotary shaft, a driving rocker arm, a driving pin shaft, a driving rod, a driven rod, a driven pin shaft, a driving rocker arm and a driven rotary shaft which are sequentially connected, a fixed pin shaft is fixed on the driving rod and articulated with a clutch arm, and a control lever is articulated with the clutch arm. When the control lever is operated, the clutch arm is tensioned by the control lever, so that a round head of the clutch arm leaves a notch on the driven rod, and thereby only two driving steering wheels of a vehicle can turn; otherwise, the clutch arm is pressed by the control lever, the round head of the clutch arm gets into the notch on the driven rod, so that the driving rod is connected with the driven rod, consequently, the driven rotary shaft is rotated along with the driving rotary shaft to drive driven wheels to turn, and thereby the four wheels of the vehicle can turn.
