Abstract

The present invention is a fire resistant resin composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by mass of a resin component containing (A-1) 50-90 mass% of a polycarbonate resin and (A-2) 50-10 mass% of a polyester resin; (B) 5-30 parts by mass of an organic phosphate ester with respect to 100 parts by mass of the component (A); and (C) 5-80 parts by mass of a carbon fiber with respect to 100 parts by mass of the component (A), wherein the organic phosphate ester of the component (B) includes an aromatic condensed phosphate ester represented by formula (I) and / or (II). (In the formula (I), X represents a bivalent aromatic group and R1, R2, R3, and R4 represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and in the formula (II), n is an integer of 1-40.)
