Polishing system and method of its use

The invention provides a system for polishing one or more layers of a multi-layer substrate that includes a first metal layer and a second layer comprising (i) a liquid carrier, (ii) at least one oxidizing agent, (iii) at least one polishing additive that increases the rate at which the system polishes at least one layer of the substrate, wherein the polishing additive is selected from the group consisting of pyrophosphates, condensed phosphates, phosphonic acids and salts thereof, amines, amino alcohols, amides, imines, imino acids, nitriles, nitros, thiols, thioesters, thioethers, carbothiolic acids, carbothionic acids, thiocarboxylic acids, thiosalicylic acids, hydroxylates, carbonylates, carboxylates, and acids thereof, and mixtures thereof, (iv) at least one stopping compound, and (v) a polishing pad and / or an abrasive. The invention also provides a method of polishing a substrate comprising contacting a surface of a substrate with the system and polishing at least a portion of the substrate therewith. Moreover, the invention provides a method for polishing one or more layers of a multi-layer substrate that includes a first metal layer and a second layer comprising (a) contacting the first metal layer with the system, and (b) polishing the first metal layer with the system until at least a portion of the first metal layer is removed from the substrate.

A preparation method of shrimp and crab biological feed added with rice distiller's grains

The invention relates to a preparation method of a shrimp and crab biological feed added with yellow rice wine lees. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps of: preparing a shrimp and crab biological feed: preparing fermented trash fish meal, fermented shrimp shell meal, fermented soybean meal, fermented peanut meal, fermented cotton meal, fermented rapeseed meal, puffed corn flour, flour, yellow rice wine lees and calcium biphosphate; quenching and tempering the materials, and adding fish oil, Vc condensed phosphate portions and a fish premix compound for mixing; preparing the quenched and tempered mixture into a shrimp and crab biological feed with a molding machine; and molding the shrimp and crab biological feed, preserving heat, cooling at normal temperature and packaging. In the method, yellow rice wine lees are added into the biological feed, so that a nutrition implementing function is realized together with fermented dregs in the biological feed, the production cost is reduced, the food falling property of the biological feed is further enhanced, and the growth promotion and disease resistance of the biological feed are further enhanced; and meanwhile, the production cost of the biological feed can be reduced, and the economic benefit of shrimp and crab cultivation is more remarkable.

The invention discloses an electrolyte solution for magnesium alloy surface micro-arc oxidation and a preparation method of a black coating. The electrolyte solution is prepared from a main film-forming agent, an auxiliary film-forming agent, main coloring salt, a complexing agent and deionized water; the main coloring salt is metal copper salt; the complexing agent is composed of condensed phosphate, organic phosphonate and tartrate; in the electrolyte solution, the content of the main film-forming agent is 5-50 g/L, the content of the auxiliary film-forming agent is 1-30 g/L, and the contentof the main coloring salt is 1-20 g/L; and the contents of various complexing agents can be compounded at 1-20 g/L. The electrolyte solution is not prone to precipitating in the micro-arc oxidation process, high in stability and long in service life; electrical parameters can be regulated and controlled in a large range, extreme discharge is not prone to occurring, and the film forming efficiencyis high; and the black coating prepared from the electrolyte solution is high in blackness, small in color difference, low in surface roughness, high in hardness, good in corrosion resistance, high in adhesive force, not prone to discoloring and excellent in thermal control performance.
