Embodiment 1

[0054] Embodiment 1: The preparation method of the chewing gum for preventing and treating post-chemotherapy oral ulcers comprises the following specific steps:

[0055] The first step is to weigh the chewing gum ingredients in proportion; weigh 25 grams of edible gum base, 20 grams of maltose syrup, 35 grams of xylitol, and 20 grams of sorbitol;

[0056] The second step is to mix xylitol and sorbitol; mix the weighed xylitol and sorbitol evenly, put them into an oven at 80°C for sterilization, and obtain a mixture of xylitol and sorbitol;

[0057] The third step is to soften the edible gum base; heat the weighed edible gum base (heat the edible gum base to 80-120°C and stir thoroughly, stop heating after 5-10 minutes) to soften; at the same time, heat the weighed maltose syrup to 100°C;

[0058] The fourth step is to prepare the chewing gum ingredients; uniformly mix the mixture of xylitol and sorbitol obtained in the second step, the softened edible gum base obtained i...

Abstract

The invention relates to a chewing gum for preventing and treating oral ulcer resulted from chemotherapy and a preparation method of the chewing gum. The chewing gum comprises chewing gum ingredients and medicaments for preventing and treating oral ulcer; every 100 grams of chewing gum for preventing and treating oral ulcer comprise the following medicaments for preventing and treating oral ulcer by weight: 5mg-10mg of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factors, 5mg-10mg of folic acid, 5mg-10mg of metronidazole, 20mg-50mg of lidocaine, 5mg-20mg of cimetidine, 2.5mg-10mg of vitamin B2, and the balance being chewing gum ingredients. The chewing gum ingredients comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 25%-30% of edible gum base, 20%-25% of malt syrup, 35%-45% of xylitol and 10%-20% of sorbitol. The chewing gum disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively preventing and treating oral ulcer resulted from different disease causes after chemotherapy, further can be used for reducing stimulus of medicaments to gastrointestinal tract, reducing adverse reactions and increasing safety. Moreover, the chewing gum is good in mouth-feel and convenient to take.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chewing gum, in particular to a chewing gum for preventing and treating oral ulcers after chemotherapy. Background technique [0002] As a well-known snack between meals, chewing gum is suitable for all ages. It can not only freshen the breath, produce body fluid and condense fragrance, and refresh the throat, but also has the effects of relieving stress, enhancing memory, and preventing tooth decay. Domestic studies have found that the occurrence of oral ulcers after teeth cleaning with chewing gum reduces infection complications, and patients can eat and sleep normally, which is conducive to the smooth progress of chemotherapy. The chewing gum is delicious and cheap, easy for patients to chew, easy to accept, and has no adverse reactions. [0003] With the continuous research and development of new chemotherapeutic drugs, the application of chemotherapeutic drugs to treat malignant tumors has become a routine treatment met...
