Abstract

The intermodulation suppression amplifying circuit comprises a power divider, adjustable phase shifters, variable gain adjustable amplifiers, a circuit combiner, couplers, adjustable attenuators and a microcontroller. After radio-frequency signals are inputted to the power divider, the radio-frequency signals are divided into two paths. One path is amplified by a variable gain adjustable amplifier 1 through an adjustable attenuator 1, and then partial signals are coupled out through a coupler 1 and a coupler 2; and in the other path, signals passing through an adjustable phase shifter 1 are mixed in the circuit combiner to counteract main signals, the path of signals counteracting the main signals pass through an adjustable attenuator 2, an adjustable phase shifter 2 and a variable gain adjustable amplifier 2 and then achieve intermodulation suppression with the original path of signals in the couplers, and thus the main signals are outputted. The intermodulation suppression amplifying circuit and the control method have the advantages that through the using of two amplifiers with identical nonlinear characteristics, requirements of adjacent-channel interference suppression, a communication system high target, communication system high performance, and capacity increase in wideband communication are met.
