Abstract

The invention discloses a heat transfer printing method and device. The heat transfer printing method comprises the following steps of: 1. designing negative images with required patterns; 2. printing the negative images with the patterns on a transfer printing roller by heat transfer printing ink; 3. transferring a pattern bearing area of the transfer printing roller to the surfaces of to-be-received-patters of a printed material so as to enable the pattern bearing area of the transfer printing roller and the surface of to-be-received-patters of the printed material to be in contact; and 4. removing residual ink in the pattern bearing area after the pattern bearing area and the surface of the to-be-received-patters of the printed material are out of contact. The method can be used for printing the patterns directly, and the time is saved and the material cost is lowered. The heat transfer printing device comprises an ink sprayer, the transfer printing roller, a heating mechanism and a cleaner. The transfer printing roller has the functions of receiving the patterns and transferring the patterns on the printed material. The device can simplify the heat transfer printing flow, can lower the printing cost, and can provide the useful help for products with individual decorations.
