The high pressure descaling water are respectively equipped at front of the rolling machine and at back of the rolling machine and are divided into an upper group and a lower group. Opening and closing of the upper group of the high pressure descaling water and the lower group of the high pressure descaling water are controlled independently. If the steel plate is warping in head, the lower group of the high pressure descaling water is opened; if the steel plate is down-being in the head, the upper group of the high pressure descaling water is opened. Due to the fact that temperature of the upper surface and the lower surface of the steel plate are controlled by the descaling water at front and back of the rolling machine, the problem of the head warping or the head down bending of the steel plate in the rolling process is controlled, so that a heavy plate rolling machine is protected, and a smooth progress of production is guaranteed.
