Abstract

The invention discloses a gold-inlaid-with-jade glass production technology which comprises the following steps of: (1) silk-screening a layer of glass oil with proper thickness on clean plate glass, and standing for 5-6 minutes at normal temperature, wherein the viscosity of the gloss oil is controlled at 8,000-12,000 centipoises; (2) uniformly spreading ice crystal powder to the surface of the glass silk-screened with the gloss oil by a high-precision full-automatic powder spreading / absorbing integrated machine, wherein when the ice crystal powder completely and uniformly covers the glass, the powder spreading machine automatically stops the powder spreading; (3) starting powder absorption by the powder absorbing machine so that the ice crystal not adhered to the gloss oil is completely absorbed; (4) tempering the glass with adhered ice crystal, wherein the adhered ice crystal faces upward during the tempering, the tempering temperature is controlled at 715 DEG C, the quenching upper wind distance is 23mm, and the quenching lower wind distance is 20mm; (5) silk-screening two paths of low-temperature ink on the other plane of the tempered glass, and drying and cooling; and (6) pasting a layer of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film (t=0.08mm) on the ink silk-screening surface of the glass to obtain the gold-inlaid-with-jade glass.
