Abstract

The vibration measurement device comprises a shell, a supporting frame and a rotor, wherein the supporting frame is a cylinder; a stepped through hole is formed in the front end face of the cylinder; the rotor is arranged in the stepped through hole; an annular magnet and a magnetic conductor are respectively arranged on the front end faces of the shell and the rotor; a speed-measuring coil I, a speed-measuring coil II and a speed-measuring coil III are sequentially arranged around the stepped through hole inside the supporting frame; the speed-measuring coil I is the same as the speed-measuring coil III; and the winding direction of an induction coil of the speed-measuring coil II is opposite to the winding directions of induction coils of the speed-measuring coil I and the speed-measuring coil III. According to the vibration measurement device based on the series connection of the three speed-measuring coils, the measurement accuracy of amplitude detection of rotary mechanical equipment can be improved, and a good detection effect on axial multi-direction vibration information in the operating process of the rotor can be achieved.
