Abstract

The invention provides an identification method for cross-screen operation and an electronic device. The method includes that a first touch is detected through a first touch control screen, and whether the first touch exists continuously is judged. When the first touch disappears at the position close to a first edge, a virtual signal is issued continuously during a certain period of time to an operation system of the electronic device. Whether a second touch which is close to a second edge is detected by a second touch control screen during a certain period of time is judged. If the second touch is detected, issuing of the virtual signal is stopped, and a touch signal which corresponds to the second touch is sent to the operation system, and generation of the cross-screen operation which crosses the first touch control screen and the second touch control screen is judged by the operation system.
