According to the method, the corresponding consonants are marked in the descriptors of the tonics, so that the corresponding consonants can be located by the marks and then played by being matched with the tonics after the audio stream to be played is decoded, the master-slave relationship of the tonics and the consonants is cleared out, the problem that the tonics and the consonants are complicatedly paired is solved, a decoding and playing mechanism of the audio stream is enabled to be simple, and a screening mechanism which is used for pairing the tonics and the consonants does not need to be additionally matched.
