The radial drilling portion comprises a drill bit and a resilience device, the drill bit rotates vertically under the action of the power portion, high-pressure fluid is fed in the fluid flow passage portion and is acted on the drill bit, and when pressure of the high-pressure fluid is larger than resiliency provided by the resilience device, the drill bit extends out of the body radially.
