cutting steel is improved, the MnS is changed from a strip shape or a chain shape into a fine and uniformly distributed spherical shape or a near-spherical shape,
stress concentration is effectively reduced, the Mn content in the steel is also improved, the steel is not infinitely intermingled with the matrix, and the mechanical performance and the
cutting performance of the steel are significantly improved.
