The method includes the steps: selecting the mainly-used scheduling unit from a plurality of scheduling modules contained in the plurality of CDN service devices in a multicast mode, wherein the mainly-used scheduling unit is used for conducting unified scheduling on access requests of a client side accessing applications; and selecting the standby scheduling unit, wherein the standby scheduling unit is used for rapidly replacing the mainly-used scheduling unit to conduct the unified scheduling on the access requests of the client side accessing the applications when the mainly-used scheduling unit breaks down.
