Abstract

The invention discloses a compound supercritical extractant of ligusticum wallichii and baked ginger. The total lactone content of the extractant is not less than 35%; and the total terpene content is not less than 25%. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1) crushing the ligusticum wallichii and the baked ginger into coarse particles by a shatter after mixing according to the ratio; 2) putting the coarse particles in the step 1) into a supercritical extractor, and extracting according to the optimized condition; and 3) cooling the extract to room temperature, so as to obtain the supercritical extractant. The invention also provides application of the extractant, and preparation of a transdermal drug delivery preparation for promoting postpartum uterine involution. The compound supercritical extractant has the following advantages that 1, the adopted technological means for extraction and separation are novel; 2, the separation efficiency is high; 3, the method is stable and can be repeatable; and 4, transdermal gel is fine and smooth, and good in coating property; and transdermal permeation of the drug can be effectively promoted.
