Abstract

The invention provides a making method of a shell having braided lines. The method comprises the following steps: providing an uncured braided fiber pre-dip cloth; coating one surface of a transparent or semi-transparent thermoplastic plastic film with a thermosetting adhesive coat; applying the braided fiber pre-dip cloth to the thermosetting adhesive possessed surface of the thermoplastic plastic film to obtain an assembly; putting the assembly in a die, and carrying out hot pressing to mold the assembly into a required three dimensional shape in order to obtain a preform; and cutting the preform to remove an excess material in order to obtain the shell having the required three dimensional shape. The invention also provides the shell having braided lines made through using the method.
