Problems solved by technology

In recent years, the following problems have arisen in acrylic adhesives: after fixing a member, especially member movement accompanied by thermal stress of the resin when heated, deformation of the resin caused by external stress
However, when the solventless photocurable composition described in Patent Document 2 is used as an adhesive, there are problems of large curing shrinkage, curling, and easy peeling.

[0196] Resin compositions were prepared by mixing the types of raw materials shown in Tables 1 and 2 with the compositions shown in Tables 1 and 2. The obtained composition was subjected to measurement of adhesive strength and evaluation tests of moisture resistance, heat resistance and thermal shock resistance. These results are shown in Table 1 and Table 2. In addition, the content is in parts by weight.

[0197] The humidity resistance test was performed under the conditions of 65°C / 95%RH-336 hours using LH21-21M (manufactured by Nagano Science). No turning-up peeling, cracking, or edge cracking was observed, and a sample having an adhesive strength of 40 N or more was rated as ◯.

[0198] Heat resistance was carried out under the conditions of 80° C. to 336 hours using LC-112 (manufactured by Espec Corporation). No floating peeling, cracking, or edge cracking was observed, and a sample having an adhesive strength of 40 N or more was rated as ◯.

Abstract

The present invention provides a resin composition which serves as an adhesive for accurately fixing a component made of a material such as metal or plastic. This resin composition exhibits high initial adhesion to the material. In the durability tests including high-temperature and high-humidity test, the resin composition exhibits high holding power, and is rarely deformed even when heated under loading as well as when heated, thus inhibiting the movement of the part. An actinic radiation curable resin composition characterized by comprising (A) a polyfunctional acrylate compound having four or more (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule, (B) a photocurable prepolymer, (C) a mono- or bi-functional (meth)acryloyl -containing monomer and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, said polyfunctional acrylate compound (A) being selected from the group consisting of (a1) glycerol derivatives, and linear or branched polymers thereof which each comprise ether skeletons as the connecting functional groups, (a2) trimethylolpropane derivatives, and linear or branched polymers thereof which each comprise ether skeletons as the connecting functional groups, (a3) monomeric pentaerythritol derivatives, and linear or branched polymers thereof which each comprise ether skeletons as the connecting functional groups, and (a4)dendrimers which contain ether or ester bonds and in which (meth)acryloyl groups are present at four or more terminals.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing a multifunctional acrylate compound, and more particularly to an active energy ray-curable resin composition having adhesiveness to metal or plastic members, and is further tested in a heat resistance test. In the durability test, it exhibits high holding force and dimensional stability when heated, and is cured by irradiating active energy rays such as UV and visible light. Background technique [0002] In the field of equipment materials used for recording and reproduction of recording materials such as CD, DVD, or in recent years, Blue-Ray, heat resistance and impact resistance of each member are required along with the miniaturization of equipment Large, liquid crystal polymer (LCP), cycloolefin polymer (COP), cycloolefin copolymer (COC), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyphenylene oxide (PPO), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyphenylene oxide (PPO), Alternati...
