Abstract

The device comprises a sealed waste liquid bottle, a waste liquid feeding tube, a waste liquid discharge tube and a pressure tube group which are communicated with the waste liquid bottle and a liquid level sensor in the waste liquid bottle. The pressure tube group comprises a common tube, a negative-pressure tube providing negative pressure, a positive-pressure tube providing positive pressure and a first solenoid valve which is connected between the positive-pressure tube and the negative-pressure tube. One end of the common tube is connected with the waste liquid bottle, and the other end of the common tube is connected with one ends of the negative-pressure tube and the positive-pressure tube; and the other ends of the negative-pressure tube and the positive-pressure tube are connected with corresponding air tubes respectively. When the liquid level sensor senses that the liquid level in the waste liquid bottle reaches a preset value, an electric control board of the plate washer controls the solenoid valves to communicate the positive-pressure tube with the waste liquid discharge tube, so that the waste liquid is discharged outwards automatically. Besides, a siphon principle can be further uses as required, so that the waste liquid in the wasted liquid bottle can be discharged through a manual mode.
