Embodiment 1

[0055] (1) Sample pretreatment

[0056] On the rotary smoking machine, the Cambridge filter is used to capture the filter. The diameter of the filter is 92mm. Each Cambridge filter collects the particulate matter of 20 cigarettes. The pipette gun accurately pipettes 50 μl of deuterated The internal standard was dropped onto the filter, and then ultrasonically extracted with 20ml of cyclohexane for 40min, the extract was passed through a 0.45μm filter membrane, and 1ml of the extract was put into a reagent bottle for testing.

[0057] (2) Liquid chromatography

[0058] The chromatographic column is a silica gel column with a diameter of Φ2.1x150mm, the diameter of the packed particles is 5 μm, and the column temperature is 25°C; the pump in the high performance liquid chromatography HPLC is an Agilent1260 binary pump, and the mobile phases are ether and pentane, respectively, and the gradient elution scheme The ether volume percentage was 5% and kept for 14 minutes, then direc...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting 17 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in cigarette gas. The detection method comprises the steps of gas component extraction and on-line HPLC-GC/MS detection. First, a Cambridge filter pad capturing gas components is subjected to ultrasonic extraction by using cyclohexane; an extraction liquid is filtered by using a filtration membrane and is directly fed; and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are detected by using a high-performance liquid chromatography-gas chromatography/mass spectrometer which is the on-line HPLC-GC/MS, such that qualitative and quantitative analyses upon the 17 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the cigarette gas are simultaneously carried out. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of high sensitivity, high selectivity, low volatilization loss, simple operation, high repeatability, and the like. With the method, accurate quantitative analysis can be carried out upon various polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the gas. The method is also suitable for qualitative and quantitative analyses of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in other complex systems.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method of environmental pollutant polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, in particular to a detection method of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in cigarette smoke. Background technique [0002] Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a class of persistent organic pollutants in the list of 129 priority pollutants stipulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and are also important carcinogens in cigarette smoke. The research on reducing tar and reducing harm is of great significance. However, the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in cigarette smoke is relatively low, and benzo[a]pyrene is usually less than 10ng / cig, and a series of reactions such as thermal decomposition and thermal synthesis occur during the smoking process due to the high temperature of combustion, resulting in The chemical composition of cigarette smoke is extremely complex, and there are many interfering components, which bri...
