Under an operating system of Andriod, Linux, WinCE or Windows, the method comprises the steps of collecting original voice data introduced from the outside world according to a sampling rate of 8K / s; converting the collected original voice data into corresponding PCM signals, and reverting the PCM signals into DTMF codes according to a preset sampling rate; and finally converting the DTMF codes into corresponding PCM signals, converting the PCM signals into corresponding analog signals, and outputting the analog signals through output equipment. A decoding chip does not need to be arranged additionally, thereby reducing the cost.
