Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a process for closed preparation of a tile powder material. The system includes a crusher, a dust remover connected with the crusher and a multistage winnowing machine connected with the dust remover. Purified gas discharged by the dust remover is used as power, and the inclosed winnowing machine is selected to sieve materials. The process comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the materials; (2) utilizing the dust remover to dedust dust gas generated by crushing the materials; and (3) utilizing the purified gas discharged by the dust remover as the power, and sieving the materials by the multistage winnowing machine. The purified gas required to be discharged by self pressure relief is used as the power of the winnowing machine, and thus the discharge can be reduced and the energy is saved.
