Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention provide a network simulation method and a server. The method comprises: obtaining a sample of a Signal and Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR), wherein the SINR is obtained based on a history simulation model; and performing statistical analysis on the sample of the SINR to generate an SINR statistical model. The embodiments of the present invention utilize the SINR obtained based on the history simulation model as a statistical sample to perform statistical analysis so as to generate the SINR statistical model. The generated SINR statistical model, which does not need to be obtained through actual measurement, can be utilized for link simulation. Therefore, manpower, material resources, and time are saved, costs are reduced and simulation efficiency is improved.
