Abstract

The invention provides a measurement calibration method for a multi-characteristic impedance network. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, defining the connector type of each port of a tested piece and a used calibration piece respectively, defining the port characteristic impedance of a vector network analyzer while defining the connector type of the port, and reading the characteristic impedance information of the port from the definition of a connector by using a calibration program, wherein the definition of the connector type includes the characteristic impedance information; secondly, determining six system errors through single-port reflection calibration by using an eight-vector error correction model; and lastly, connecting a characteristic reciprocal adapter between two ports, and solving a last error via through calibration. According to the measurement calibration method for the multi-characteristic impedance network provided by the invention, measurement of all S parameters in the multi-characteristic impedance network can be realized; and additional calibration steps in a measurement calibration are not needed, and easiness, convenience and high measuring accuracy are realized.
