The traction converter comprises a traction converter interface, a power pack interface, a first pre-charge device, a second pre-charge device, a rectifier, a dc link and a traction converter body, wherein the traction converter interface is connected with the input end of the rectifier, the power pack interface is connected with the input end of the rectifier, the dc link is connected with a dc bus of the output end of the rectifier in parallel, the output end of the rectifier is connected with the output end of the traction converter, and the output end of the traction inverter is used for connecting with a CRH traction motor; and the first pre-charge device arranged in a circuit between a secondary side of the traction converter and the rectifier, and the second pre-charge device is arranged in a circuit between the power pack interface and the rectifier.
