Abstract

The cigarette production arrangement comprises a cigarette production machine (1), a compressor (4) and a filter unit (5) for filtering the processing air discharged from the cigarette production machine and guided to the filter unit through a discharge line (7,8,9). A vacuum chamber (2) connected with the compressor through a compressor line (24) is provided with a conveying medium conveying the tobacco into the cigarette production machine. A discharge unit (3) is connected with the filter unit through a bypass line (31) while bypassing the compressor and arranged outside the vacuum chamber. The discharge unit (3) is used for discharging the processing air (10) generated outside the vacuum chamber and is connected with a filter under the condition that a the bypass line bypasses the compressor.
