An exhaust silencer for automobiles with output volume of 2.0L comprises a main cavity, an air inlet
pipe, an
exhaust pipe and an intermediate
pipe. The main cavity is composed of cavity walls, a front end cover and a rear end cover by encircling, a front partition plate and a rear partition plate are arranged in the main cavity to partition the main cavity into a front cavity, a middle cavity and a rear cavity, the air inlet
pipe used for connection with an automobile
exhaust pipe penetrates through the front cavity to be directly inserted into the middle cavity, a
flange plate is connected to an air inlet end of the air inlet pipe, an air outlet end of the air inlet pipe is provided with a gradually-flared port, and a portion, positioned in the front cavity, of the air inlet pipe is provided with air holes. The front end and the rear end of the intermediate pipe extend into the front cavity and the rear cavity respectively. An opening of one end, extending into the rear cavity, of the intermediate pipe is closed. The pipe wall of the portion, extending into the middle cavity, of the intermediate pipe is provided with air holes. One end of the
exhaust pipe extends into the front cavity while the other end of the exhaust pipe sequentially penetrates through the rear cavity and the rear end cover to be communicated with the outside. One end, extending into the front cavity, of the exhaust pipe is provided with a gradually-shrunk port. An exhaust
tail section in a gradually expanded structure is arranged at the pipe
tail positioned outside. The exhaust silencer is capable of effectively weakening exhaust noises and is reasonable in design and promising in application prospect.
