A fuzzy neural network is adopted to establish a regression model, optimum optimization is carried out on linear parameters in the fuzzy neural network by introducing a support vector machine, the problem of parameter setting of the fuzzy neural network is solved, and meanwhile self-adaptation adjustment is carried out on the structure of the whole fuzzy neural network according to changes of the training sample.
