The special cleaning agent disclosed by the invention contains a proper amount of dichloromethane, thereby being capable of dissolving heavier dirts on the surface of the electric equipment without damaging the material on a circuit board, and a proper amount of alcohol ether solvent can remove hydrosolvent dirts on the electric equipment. The cleaning agent for electric equipment is strong in cleaning power, the cleaning rate is 99.9%, and the cleaning agent is completely volatilized without residue.
