Abstract

The invention discloses a high-speed CNC interpolation computing method which is used for controlling operation of a numerically-controlled machine tool. The high-speed CNC interpolation computing method comprises a B2B component computing process based on a unit CU1 computing process. The unit CU1 computing process is that a data set (B0 and B1) in a Bernstein polynomial B(t) = B0t + B1 is used as a data input set, and two output data sets <B01 and B0r> and <B1l and B1r> and a center value B(0.5) are computed through the unit CU1 computing process. The B2B component computing process based on the unit CU1 computing process is that a data set (P0, P1, P2 and P3) in a three-time even spline expression p(t) = P0N0, 3(t) + P1N1, 3(t) + P2N2, 3(t) + P3N3 and 3(t) is used as an input data set, and data output is computed through the B2B component computing process. Then, the data are used as operation control data for controlling operation of the numerically-controlled machine tool. The high-speed CNC interpolation computing method has the advantages that high-speed computing can be achieved, high-accuracy results can be generated, and continuously-developing industrial requirements can be met.
