A port B1 of the reversing valve I and a port B2 of the reversing valve II are communicated with a rod cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder through a rod cavity oil path. An oil path between a balance valve and the rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder is arranged to be a rodless cavity oil path. A pilot operated directional control valve is arranged between the rodless cavity oil path and the rod cavity oil path. According to the novel feeding hydraulic system of the all-hydraulic drill, through the interaction and switching among all the valves, the eight actions of slow feeding, slow lifting, fast feeding, fast lifting, pressure drilling, reduced pressure drilling, weighing and hydraulic cylinder floating needed for feeding of the drill are realized.
