The method comprises the following steps: arranging an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devices) tag on a tunnel segment, wherein corresponding segment coded information is stored in the RFID tag; writing the segment coded information into the RFID tag with an RFID reader-writer; reading the segment coded information from the RFID tag with the RFID reader-writer; acquiring the segment coded information read by the RFID reader-writer by using a BIM system, calling a BIM model which corresponds to the tunnel segment, binding basic information of the corresponding segment, correlating each data source recorded in a segment construction process with the BIM model, and performing real-time data synchronizing operation to realize analogue simulation of a shield method tunnel construction process through the BIM system. According to the tunnel construction management method, the shield method tunnel construction process is subjected to analogue simulation, monitoring and analyzing by means of a BIM-based analogue simulation measure, so that the construction process and quality can be known intuitively and vividly, and scientific and effective construction management is facilitated.
