By the WEBSERVICE based service dispatching system, all services registered in the WEBSERVICE based service dispatching system can be managed and dispatched and generated into logs in the form of files or databases in each stage, convenience is brought to real-time inquiry, and functions of capturing, diagnosing, repairing and re-executing of service exceptions are achieved.
