Problems solved by technology

[0008] At present, research on phytoremediation technology for heavy metal-contaminated soils is mainly focused on finding hyperaccumulator plants, but the hyperaccumulator plants screened generally have low biomass, short individuals, slow growth, and are affected by regional environments such as climate and soil. The limitation of conditions leads to low repair efficiency and long cycle, which restricts large-scale application

[0032] 1. Method

[0033] ① Screening of cadmium-resistant bermudagrass

[0034] Select Bermudagrass materials with strong stress tolerance, good regeneration and wide adaptability preserved in the turf germplasm resource nursery of Wuhan Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After 2 months of hydroponics, when the root system and canopy are basically established and all kinds of materials grow uniformly, the gradient concentration cadmium stress treatment (CdSO 4 The treatment solution was prepared with 1 / 2 Hoagland nutrient solution), the gradient concentration started from 0.2mM, and increased by 0.1mM to 1.5mM each time, and the lawn quality was scored every week (9-point system, 6 points for acceptable lawn quality), and the crown was measured. Layer growth rate and photochemical efficiency (Fv / Fm), using the membership function method in fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the cadmium resistance of be...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for remedying cadmium-contaminated soil through turfgrass and microorganism combination, and relates to a heavy metal-contaminated soil treatment technology. The method comprises the following steps: (1) screening cadmium-resistant bermuda grasses so as to obtain the bermuda grasses with strong cadmium resistance; (2) collecting rhizosphere soil of the bermuda grasses in a contaminated area; (3) screening cadmium-resistant microorganisms so as to obtain the microorganisms with the strongest cadmium resistance, which are fungi-aspergillus aculeatus; (4) preparing microorganism remedying matrixes; and (5) carrying out turfgrass and microorganism combined remediation. The method has the advantages that the dominant plants, namely the bermuda grasses in the cadmium-contaminated area are used as cadmium-resistant plant screening sources and have strong adaptability to the soil environments in the contaminated area; the cadmium-resistant fungi-aspergillus aculeatus is derived from the rhizosphere soil of the bermuda grasses in the cadmium-contaminated area, is well compatible with the cadmium-resistant bermuda grasses and has strong adaptability to the soil environments in the contaminated area; the microorganism remedying matrixes can be used for ensuring the nutrient supply of microorganism growth, enhancing the operability of applying the microorganisms in soil and improving soil environments, and the waste is effectively utilized; the method is low in cost and simple and convenient to operate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the treatment technology of heavy metal polluted soil, in particular to a method for jointly repairing cadmium polluted soil by using lawn grass and microorganisms. Background technique [0002] Cadmium is one of the most toxic heavy metal elements and can cause adverse effects on human health. The half-life of cadmium in the organism is as long as 20 to 40 years, so the cadmium content in some organs of the human body increases with age. Cadmium can cause damage to the kidneys, which is irreversible, and there is currently no effective therapy; cadmium can also cause osteoporosis, chondrosis and fractures; it can damage the reproductive system and immune system. How to effectively control cadmium pollution and restore the ecological environment is an issue of great concern to the whole society. [0003] The ways in which soil cadmium pollution harms the environment mainly include: [0004] ①Groundwater pollution caused by p...
