The microwave integrated device comprises a printed board and is characterized in that a first frequency conversion unit, a first local oscillation channel, two 3.9214GHz first band-pass filters, a second frequency conversion unit and a zero frequency restraining unit are integrated to the printed board; a first frequency mixer is arranged on the first frequency conversion unit, and the second harmonic restraining capacity of the first frequency mixer reaches 70dB; a T-shaped resistance attenuation network and a first amplifier are arranged in the first local oscillation channel; the two first band-pass filters are respectively the absorption broadside coupling filter and the comb wave filter, and after the two first band-pass filters are connected in a cascade mode, out-of-band rejection of the two first band-pass filters can reach more than 70dB; the second frequency conversion unit is provided with a second frequency mixer and a second amplifier; the zero frequency restraining unit is provided with a coupler and a phase adjustment module.
