Abstract

The invention discloses a fast clamping unit used for clamping and moving a standard screen of a vibrating screen machine. The fast clamping unit comprises a pressure cover and positioning bars. The pressure cover can slide along the positioning bars. The fast clamping unit further comprises a locking device used for fastening the pressure cover and a loosening device used for moving the pressure cover. The locking device comprises an ejector bars and lock springs. One end of each ejector bar is abutted to one positioning bar. One end of each lock spring acts on the pressure cover, and the other end of each lock spring presses against one positioning bar. The loosening device comprises a pressure plate and pressure bars. One end of each pressure bar is hinged to one ejector bar, and the other end of every pressure bar acts on the pressure plate. The pressure plate can linearly reciprocate relative to the pressure cover and drive the pressure bars to rotate. The pressure plate can drive the ejector bars to leave the positioning bars through the pressure bars. The pressure cover can be moved simply by grabbing with hands, and can be fixed by automatic locking of the locking device; the fast clamping unit is simple to operate, time saving and labor saving. The invention further discloses the vibrating screen machine comprising the fast clamping unit.
