The method comprises the following steps of: (1) collecting DMF (Dimethyl Formamide) kettle residue and slaughter sewage; (2) adding additives to the DMF kettle residue and the slaughter sewage in a blending tank for dilution, detoxication and acidification adjustment, controlling the PH value in the range from 7 to 9, and adding a compound microorganism flora to form a sewage mixture; (3) feeding the sewage mixture into an anaerobic reactor for culture and fermentation; (4) culturing and fermenting the sewage mixture in the anaerobic reactor, and automatically separating out biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residue; (7) feeding the biogas residue into a biogas residue tank and gasifying the biogas residue by a biomass gasifier for generating power, and performing landfill treatment on residual dust.
